Aloha my name is Steven Nickens,
I have the privilege of working with one of Wailea’s top real estate firms. The Wailea Group,LLC which is located at The Shops at Wailea. Our company represents many of Wailea’s finest projects, and specializes in Wailea/Makena oceanfront real estate, Wailea Maui homes, and Wailea Maui condominiums in Wailea. My self I have called Maui my home for over 36 years. I arrived here with a surfboard, and a hundred dollars in my wallet. Since my arrival, after getting tired of surfing Honolua Bay every day, and playing beach volley ball. So I started working construction. Shorty after I started Nickens Interiors with my brother. I was a licensed contractor on Maui for 16 years, specializing in light commercial, residentail, and condominiums. One of my projects was contracting on the last phase of Makena Surf with Goodfellow Bros.
I been married to a wonderful woman, and we have four grown kids, and one 7-month old granddaughter named Makenna. Our oldest son is a professional surfer, and part-time real estate agent on Maui. He also manages the Da-Kine international pro-surf team. Having conection, I ride for Da-Kine pro windsurf team ( I am not a Pro) My other son is also a hot surfer and a computer programer currently living in the mainland. I also have two charming daughters, one in Huntington Beach, and the other work with kids on Maui.
Our family is very much in to the island life style, surfing, windsurfing, my daughter is passionate about riding horses. Our oldest son spends his spare time towing in large surf on the outer reefs. Maui has been good to us as a family, and we been blessed to call Maui our home. My wife is born and raised on Maui. She is also an artist and takes good care of her family. Another passion I enjoy is organic gardening, its good for the soul. I raise fresh greens, and I have a papaya orchard and other fruit trees.

I am also a bit of an Internet geek. I have taught my self to get around the Internet. Utilizing the Internet for Maui real estate marketing and optimization. I use this to reach buyers and a tool to market my clients properties on line. Active Hoolei Wailea Condos!
